John King Successfully Negotiated the Settlement of a Residential Bulkhead Construction Case for Nuisance Value on Behalf of the Design Engineer
John King successfully negotiated a voluntary stipulation of dismissal for an engineer who designed a 150-foot bulkhead replacement project for a multi-million dollar bay-front residential property on a barrier island in Atlantic County, New Jersey. Mr. King demonstrated the engineer’s plans were not followed by the bulkhead contractor, resulting in the voluntary dismissal of the bulkhead contractor’s third-party complaint against the engineer rather than opposing our summary judgment motion. The plaintiff did not sue the engineer.
