William graduated from the University of Delaware with a bachelor’s degree in Political Science. He also minored in Legal Studies and Philosophy. William then attended Rutgers University Law School in Camden, where he served as an editor for the Rutgers University Law Review. William’s article, “Constitutionally Imposed Debt Limitations: Responding to the Financial Exigency Caused by Covid-19,” was published by the Law Review in 2022. William also served as a representative for the Student Bar Association.

Since graduating law school, William has defended contractors and construction professionals in numerous construction accident and defect claims. Moreover, William has considerable experience in defending premises and product liability claims.

Outside of work, William enjoys watching the Philadelphia Eagles with his family and friends, playing a variety of musical instruments, cooking, and traveling.
